I want to thank the Greystone House team for their impeccable care. I had a procedure with Dr York this morning who was so gentle & kind throughout. Afterwards I was in the waiting room & came over very faint. The receptionist was very caring & attentive, calling a doctor who kept an eye on me for the next half hour until I was well enough to go home. So impresssed and appreciative of the care from the whole team. Thank you so much.

I saw a nurse today and was so impressed with how I was treated. With great compassion and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. I always knew she is a great nurse but this went over and above the normal 'call of duty'!she organised for me to see a specialist nurse within a few minutes and I even got to see a doctor on the very same day. I cant praise her more likely. I hope to be feeling brighter soon. The surgery and reception are always super tidy and clean. Well done greystones house surgery.

Saw Dr Joe McGilligan today........what a treat,! I have never come across a more helpful, knowledgeable, personable, effective and totally interesting doctor. He has treated both my daughter and myself. I couldn't ask for better. The surgery itself is very comfortable and friendly and the receptionists are efficient and friendly.
